MUN, Tulum Zen Residences. The Project is situated in Region no. 11 Tulum Ruinas, in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Located at the entrance of the city of Tulum, 100 mts. away from the Federal Highway (behind “Boxito”) between an Archeological Zone and 500 meters away from the connection with Av. Coba, toward the beach.
Mun Tulum Zen Residences is planned in 2,650 sqm. area of virgin jungle with certain building ecological restrictions and natural construction systems that enable living in harmony with its natural surroundings. Its infrastructure based on natural roads, alternative energy systems, biodigesters, wetlands in each lot and its low density, make of Mun Tulum Zen Residences a unique concept, in line with the natural traits of Tulum.

The residences
The architectural design of each residence features contemporary design, based on functionalism and is adapted to the natural environment. The architectural features include insulating materials to sunlight (which generates significant energy saving), steel structure (100% organic material) in addition to the connection with the green outdoors space, achieving bright, airy, comfortable interior spaces that are both comfortable and pleasing to the eye. This is the creation of a project with sustainable features in which is taken advantage of every space of the sqm constructed to provide a comprehensive project, a green house, ideal for family home or investment.
The apartments
The Project has an eco-sustainable infrastructure, it is surrounded by jungle, green areas, vehicular access roads and inner trails with the priority of respecting the trees and the natural environment.
