How do I get to Jungala Aqua Experience?
It’s easy as pie if you’re in Playa del Carmen or Cancún. The park is located in the facilities of the Grupo Vidanta, which is at KM 48 of the Playa del Carmen road. The car park is beside the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ theater. Shuttle transportation is frequently available between the car park and the main access to Jungala, to make departures and arrivals faster for you to enjoy the theme-park experience to the fullest. The car park is free.

Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What should I take to enjoy the experience to the fullest?
Comfortable clothing; please remember that swimsuits with buckles, rivets or any sharp objects are not allowed on the toboggans. Footwear such as water shoes, sandals and water stockings are allowed everywhere except on toboggans.
Lockers are available at an additional cost of 130 Mexican pesos and can be hired at the concierge office.
The park has six areas in which to enjoy gourmet dishes and refreshing beverages. At the On The Waves restaurant you can sample hamburgers, tacos, ceviches (marinated seafood) along with a variety of other dishes.
The good news is that they recently announced they now have a package meal available for kids. Ask for the Jungala combo, which includes a main dish (hamburger or nuggets), a refill drink, a chocolate and two gift items (a lunchbox and commemorative glass).

Access to the park
The Jungala Day Pass costs $1,399 pesos for adults and children over 4 ft. tall, and $799 pesos for senior citizens, pregnant women and children between 3 and 4 ft. tall.
Entrance is free for children under 3 ft. tall.
The ticket includes towels, showers, free Wi-Fi and concierge service.
Special prices are available for Quintana Roo residents on showing a valid official ID at the ticket office.
Cabins are also available for rent to round out the Jungala Aqua Experience.
